> Our HygienistsThe primary goal of our dental Hygienist is to provide excellent treatment and promote the prevention of oral diseases. We feel that keeping the patient well educated and informed about their treatment is as important as the treatment itself. In order to achieve these goals, the hygienists attend continuing education and certification courses. We encourage our patients to ask questions and be completely comfortable before we begin our treatment plan. Your health is our main concern and we will do everything in our power to help you achieve good oral hygiene and a beautiful smile. |
 | Susan Carlson R.D.HSusan has been a dental hygienist with Naper Dental Center since 1993. She graduated from Lake Land College in Matton, IL. She completed the National Board as well as the North East Regional Board and is licensed by the state of Illinois, Department of Financial and Professional Regulation. She is a member of the American Dental Hygienists' Association and also attends a dental hygiene study club group that meets in Aurora, IL. Susan enjoys interacting with the variety of patients and helping them to achieve their oral hygiene goals. On her off time she enjoys going camping with here husband, getting together with family and friends, teaching bible class for four and five year olds and Raggedy Ann and Andy collectibles. |
Helen Pavlidis R.D.HHelen graduated from Loyola University of Chicago in 1987 with a Bachelors of Science degree in detal hygiene. She have ben practicing dental hygiene at Naper Dental Center for four years. Helen completed the Nation Board as well as the North East Regional Board and is licensed by the State of Illinois Department of Professional Regulation. Helen believes in continuing education to learn about the latest advances in dentistry so that she can better educate her patients. She is also active in a study club in Aurora, Illinois. Helen's experience in dentistry includes working with children as well as adults, patients requiring "extra gentle" care, patients with full mouth reconstruction, cosmetics and implant maintenance. She enjoys treating and educating her patients in a calm, relaxing atmosphere and strives to make each experience at Naper Dental Center a pleasant one. |  |
